  1. It must be loud at all times, anywhere

  3. If the outside temperature falls below 15C, the heating must be at full throttle
  4. If you enter the street as a pedestrian, a car must appear immediately and accelerate towards you
  5. Every road must accomodate at least four lanes, the minimum speed is 70 kph
